Booking Policy

Payment is required at booking in order to confirm your reservation.
Please cancel lawn services and any automatic sprinklers while the yard greeting is set up!
By booking you agree to have a photo of your lawn greeting shared on our social media accounts, if you do not want this please let us know ahead of time.
If intentional damage occurs to any signs you may be invoiced for replacements.
Medicine Hat Lawn Greetings and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.
We do use drills & other tools in the winter to be able to insert the signs. Please inform us if you have underground sprinklers.

Refund Policy

We get it, things change! Refunds will be given if you must cancel your lawn greeting, but no refund will be given if you cancel after 12pm on the day of the set up.
No refund will be given to the requester if the receiver of the lawn greeting refuses set up of the lawn greeting or wants it taken down immediately.
A re-set up fee will be issued to the requester if we are given the wrong address for set up.
If hazardous conditions prevent us from being able to set up the greeting you will receive a full refund.

If you would like to pay credit card you will receive a invoice by email. Please note that Visa and Mastercard payments will incur a 3.4% surcharge.

Payments are due upon receipt of invoice in order to confirm your rental.
